Our pricing is designed to be transparent and easy to understand:

  • Small or single-item jobs are subject to a minimum service charge, which accounts for time, travel, and setup.
  • Larger projects (over 4 hours) are quoted in detail, so you know the scope and cost before work begins.
  • Painting and flooring are estimated based on room measurements and photos you provide, helping us give accurate pricing remotely.
  • Plumbing and electrical fixture replacements are priced at a flat rate, making it easy to plan and budget.

Yes. Quotes are free when you send us clear photos and a description of the project online.

If an on-site visit is needed for measurements, troubleshooting, or recommendations, we charge a $49 diagnostic fee, which is waived if the work is approved and scheduled.

For same-day or emergency repairs (such as active leaks, clogs, or water damage), the same diagnostic fee applies. After assessing the issue, we’ll provide up to three repair options. Again, the fee is waived if you proceed with the service.

Weekend and after-hours appointments are available and may be subject to a 1.5× rate adjustment.

No. Our technicians arrive with all the necessary tools: cordless, high-quality, and suited for a wide range of jobs. For most projects, especially larger ones, we also handle the material sourcing to make sure everything is correct and ready to go.

If you prefer to supply your own materials, that’s completely fine. Just note that missing or incompatible parts may require additional trips to the store, which can affect time and cost (more details in the answer for the following question!).

Yes, you’re welcome to. Just be sure to confirm that all required parts and hardware are included and appropriate for the job.

Some common examples:

  • TV mounts should match both the screen size and wall type
  • Curtain rods should include the right brackets and anchors
  • Cabinet hardware should come with all fasteners
  • Anchors should match the wall material (drywall, concrete, masonry, etc.)

If anything is missing or incompatible, we’ll advise you on what’s needed, but additional trips may affect the project timeline or cost.

Yes. We carry all required business licenses and comprehensive insurance coverage. Our vehicles are fully insured, and all technicians are covered by valid WorkSafeBC (WSBC) accounts.

If needed, we can provide a clearance letter for your peace of mind. All work is done in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

For most non-urgent requests, scheduling can be done directly through our online booking calendar. Availability varies based on location and workload, but we aim to accommodate visits within a few business days.

For urgent repairs (such as active leaks or safety concerns) we can often schedule within 24 hours. Expedited service may be subject to adjusted rates.

It depends. Quick fixes are often billed hourly, while larger projects usually come with a flat-rate quote. We’ll always be clear with pricing before we start.
We totally understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), a $149 late cancellation fee may apply.
We try to be as flexible as possible but we usually don’t schedule for weekends and evenings unless it’s discussed.
